Wenske Move has reconnected me with my body- allowed me to develop strength, discipline, and a will to constantly push myself. Paul is a tremendous trainer and after almost three years working together, things I never thought my body could do are now a new part of my physical skillset. He pushes you and understands your limits are just in your head. Training with him has changed my life, and my health.

After two years training with Wenske Move I’m in the best physical and emotional shape of my life. Paul took the time to get to know me and has invested time and energy into tailoring my training so that I’m always engaged and challenged.  

Our weekly sessions in the park are a highlight for my dog Skinny and I as I’ve never been confident training in a gym, navigating the equipment, classes or cliques. Paul takes the time to step you through the exercises and is super flexible, supportive and good humoured.
