Training with Paul

Over the past 5 years I have helped people build conifidence, instill healthier habits and build resilience. Exercise is such a great vessel for changing lifes, though it is through the building of relationships that consistency also develops. It is here that we start to get results over time. Being pushed and held accountable is great but developing stronger habits of commitment and reliability yields greater rewards and not just at the gym.

A love of sports, helping people achieve there goals and keeping active has led me to become a Personal Trainer. Training at my home gym as well as at Essendon Goodlife I continue to learn how I best can get results for my clients.
